The Cities Summit 2025 brought together experts, authorities and professionals from various areas to discuss the main challenges and opportunities in urban and environmental management in the country. Held in Florianópolis, the event has established itself as one of the largest national forums on the future of cities.
Our founding partner, Alexandre Sion, was one of the speakers on the panel “Public agent liability for environmental damage in public procurement”, where he addressed the importance of a balanced application of the public manager’s environmental liability, combining legal certainty, reasonableness and environmental protection.
The panel also included the participation of environmental lawyer at Sion Advogados, Mateus Stallivieri, and Sheila Meirelles, president of the Santa Catarina State Environmental Institute (IMA/SC).
