Last Friday, Alexandre Sion gave a lecture at the Seminar on the General Law of Environmental Licensing, promoted by Inema in partnership with the Viex Academy. The meeting also included the participation of the Secretary of the Environment of Bahia, Eduardo Mendonça Sodré Martins, the Director of Regulation of Inema, Anapaula Posseti, and the Director-General of Inema, Eduardo Topázio.
During the seminar, Alexandre addressed the legal structure of Brazilian environmental licensing, the main impacts, and the advances brought about by the new legislation to strengthen legal certainty in environmental processes.
