Alexandre Sion was in São Paulo this Monday to conduct a workshop on the General Environmental Licensing Law (LGLA) for the Engetrens team, a Comporte Group company specializing in metro-railway infrastructure projects and works.
The meeting addressed the impacts of the new legislation on linear and urban mobility projects, including new licensing procedures, the distribution of responsibilities among federal entities, the legal security instruments introduced by the law, and the practical implications for the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
