On the second and final day of CAMBI 2026, Alexandre Sion moderated the panel “Legal Security and Unlocking Infrastructure Licensing,” promoting a qualified debate on the main challenges and paths to improving environmental licensing in Brazil.
Alongside Adriano Queiroz, Eduardo Sakamoto, Felipe Nabuco, and Luiz Antonio Ferrari Neto, the discussion addressed fundamental themes for the viability of infrastructure projects, such as regulatory predictability, robustness of environmental studies, the role of oversight bodies, and mechanisms for strengthening legal certainty.
Participation in CAMBI 2026 reinforces Sion Advogados’ commitment to building technical solutions and stimulating dialogue among the various actors involved in the country’s environmental and infrastructure agenda.
We thank the event organizers, the panelists, and everyone who contributed to another edition marked by relevant and high-level debates.
