Deadline extended!
The ANM (National Mining Agency) has extended the deadline for submitting the DIPEM (Declaration of Investment in Mineral Research), referring to the base year 2025, until June 19, 2026.
The measure was adopted due to instabilities in the Agency’s systems, seeking to ensure that holders of research permits can properly fulfill their obligations.
❗New deadline: June 19, 2026
Companies and holders of exploration permits must review their information and submit it within the new established period.
