Na última terça-feira, realizamos o Seminário | 20 anos da Lei da Mata Atlântica, na sede da FIEMG, em Belo Horizonte. O encontro reuniu poder público, academia, advocacia e setor produtivo para refletir sobre os avanços dessas duas décadas e os desafios que ainda fazem parte dessa agenda.
Last Tuesday, we held the “Seminar | 20 Years of the Atlantic Forest Law” at the FIEMG headquarters in Belo Horizonte. The gathering brought together government officials, the academic community, the legal profession, and the productive sector to reflect on the progress made over these two decades and the challenges that remain part of this agenda.
The meeting was also attended by Luciano Badini, Coordinator of the Public Prosecutor’s Offices for Environmental Protection of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Minas Gerais, reinforcing the diversity of institutions and perspectives brought together at the seminar.
The seminar also marked the launch of Volumes I and II of the work *20 Years of the Atlantic Forest Law*, in a moment of celebration and exchange among authors, guests, and participants.
Organized by ABDEM and SINGTD, with the support of FIEMG and sponsorship from Sion Advogados, the event was developed with contributions from various institutions and professionals.
