On 21 september, the State Council for Environmental Policies – COPAM has issued the Regulatory Deliberation nº 210/2016, which defines new criteria for licensing of mining tailings disposal activities and reusage of the materials, besides amending provisions of the Regulatory Deliberation COPAM nº 74/04.
