The partners at Sion Advogados, Alexandre Sion and Mateus Stallivieri da Costa, are taking part in the 4th edition of Environmental Law Experience, held from October 29 to 31 in Florianópolis.
This Thursday (29), at 9 p.m., Alexandre will address the impacts, controversies, and practical application of the General Environmental Licensing Law. Mateus, who is also an ambassador for the event, will speak about legal action in cases involving consolidated urban areas classified as Permanent Preservation Areas (APPs), at 9:30 p.m.
At the same time, the National Environmental Law Forum (FONADAM) is taking place, focused on developing statements regarding environmental legal practice. Sion Advogados contributed with six proposals, all of which were approved by the speakers, participants, and organizers.
