With the publication of Law No. 15,300 of 2025, relevant changes were introduced to the General Law on Environmental Licensing, notably the regulation of the Special Environmental License (LAE), the inclusion of legal concepts, and alterations to the License by Adhesion and Commitment (LAC).
The new text also includes new rules for waiving dredging licensing requirements, utilizing environmental studies, and updates the procedure for installing telecommunications infrastructure.
