Before a judicial decision is reached, there are hours of study, analysis, the weighing of arguments, and the organization of technical information. It is through this often invisible work that the necessary elements are built for the Judiciary to make decisions with confidence and a solid foundation.
This is how we view our role: contributing to the in-depth, responsible, and technically rigorous examination of complex issues. Because, ultimately, some of the legal profession’s most important contributions are precisely those that almost no one sees.
