The work “Voices of Environmental Advocacy: Studies and Articles on Environmental Law” has just been released. Among the works included in the publication is the article “Normative Effectiveness and the Limits of Enforceability of the National Policy on the Rights of Populations Affected by Dams.”
The study was written by founding partner Alexandre Sion, co-authored with partners Mateus Stallivieri, who is also one of the organizers of the work, and Luiza Guerra.
In the article, the authors analyze relevant aspects of the National Policy on the Rights of Populations Affected by Dams and contribute to deepening the legal debate on the subject.
