In its second consecutive year of participation in the *Promove Mulheres Advogadas* initiative, Sion Advogados celebrates achieving the Gold Seal, awarded by OAB-MG in recognition of its practices promoting gender equity.
This achievement reaffirms a commitment central to Sion’s culture: fostering a work environment grounded in equal opportunities, the valuing of women, and professional development. Over the years, this commitment has translated into initiatives aimed at building a more inclusive and balanced environment, featuring policies that support maternity and flexibility, as well as programs encouraging professional development and women’s participation in leadership roles.
Receiving the *Promove Mulheres Advogadas* (Promoting Women Lawyers) Seal once again is a source of satisfaction for the entire Sion team; more than just recognizing the progress made so far, it reinforces our responsibility to keep moving forward and refining our practices.
