Sion Advogados participated in the CE Dialogue, an initiative promoted by ABEEólica – the Brazilian Association of Wind Energy and New Technologies, which brought together investors, the public sector, and experts to discuss the sector’s future in Brazil.
On that occasion, partner Mateus Stallivieri participated in the panel “General Environmental Licensing Law and its Challenges in State Implementation,” contributing to the debate on the impacts of the new legislation on the structuring and viability of energy projects.
The meeting addressed, in an integrated manner, topics such as licensing, construction, and operation of wind farms and their socioeconomic and environmental impacts, reinforcing the importance of dialogue between stakeholders for the consistent development of the sector.
